Returns and Exchanges

While we are confident in the efficacy of the ESR® formula not all stains or surfaces are the same. To that end we can not guarantee removal of all stains. Please follow the suggested usage instructions and make sure to carry out a Colorfast test.

However if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department via orders@esr-llc.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the Returns, Refunds and Exchange process. 

Each request will be given its full consideration and we will provide information for processing your exchange, refund or credit transaction.

  1. Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging
  2. Custom items are not returnable
  3. We reserve the right to not accept damaged returns
  4. 25% restocking fee may apply
